Natural Healing - Usui Shiki Ryoho Reiki
Reiki is an ancient Tibetan form of healing which raises the body's vibrational energy, promoting healing for humans and animals. It relieves pain and promotes a deep feeling of calmness. It can be a treatment in itself or incorporated into a massage to increase the therapeutic power of the treatment.

I often use Reiki with other forms of treatment, over painful areas or joints or over a specific organ of the body to promote balance and healing.

A Reiki treatment is a deeply relaxing experience often accompanied by tingling and warmth. Many people see bright colours and experience both a physical and emotional release bringing new insight to problems. But everyone will experience something different but all pleasant.

I gently place my hands in a series of positions on or above the body. Your system automatically draws in the amount of healing energy that is needed and the healing energy will go to where the body needs it most.
